Q: How much should I spend on my website?
A: It really depends on your requirements and business objectives but we believe most small to medium sized businesses should budget $500 - $6000 for their website.
Q: Where is Advance Online based?
A: We are located in Sydney's Northern Beaches but even though we may not be local to your business, we can still effectively and efficiently work with you by means of skype, email and phone - in fact most of our clients are based all over Australia!
Q: What's included in your website packages?
A: Each website package has varying functionality but each of our websites comes with all of the following :

Q: Can I update the website myself once it is live?
A: Yes, every website we build some with an integrated content management system (CMS) that allows you to update and add content yourself. This will allow you to change images, update text, change your phone number and add pages if you need to.
We will also provide training for you to do this
Q: Do you design logos?
A: Yes, we can design you a professional business logo and design you business cards and letterheads - everything you need to give your business a professional image
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, we require a 50% deposit on all website's with 50% due on completion.
Q: Can you just re-design our current website?
A: No. Although there may be a few adjustments we could make to your existing website, we believe it is always just more efficient and effective to start from scratch with any website re-design.
Q: How long does it take to design and build a website?
A: All our website's are professionally planned, designed and built so this whole process usually takes 2 - 4 weeks.
Q: Is website hosting included?
A: All our website packages include website and email hosting for the first year. After the first year we then just charge $197 +gst which we bill annually. This covers hosting maintenance, security and backups of your website
Q: Do we have to hot our website with Advance Online?
A: Yes, we insist all our clients sites are hosted with Advance Online so we can effectively and efficiently manage your website securely. It also means we can easily take care of any server related issues and keep your website firing on all cylinders
Q: What is responsive design?
A: Responsive design is just a website that is designed to adjust it's to any device - desktop, laptop, tablets and mobile phones. We ensure all our website's are responsive and optimised for all devices

A: SEO is short for Search Engine Optimisation and is the process of optimising a website so it appears higher in the search engine rankings for any given search terms.
